Shuka Associates, Inc. provides professional Real Estate Appraisal and
Consulting Services to financial, public and private
entities. We are proficient
in the appraisal of commercial, industrial and residential real estate.
Our appraisals exceed all legal, regulatory and managerial
requirements for collateral valuation in mortgage lending, litigation,
condemnation, arbitration, investment analysis, project feasibility,
bankruptcy and estate planning. We provide superior quality appraisal
analysis in a professional and timely manner.
The Appraisal
Review Division of Shuka Associates, Inc. specializes in
administrative and field appraisal review for lending institutions,
public or government entities, law firms & other corporate entities
or individuals. Our objective is to provide clients with diligent review
analysis which is essential in determining whether appraisals are
consistent with current USPAP and/or FIRREA standards.
The Valuation Division of Shuka Associates, Inc. serves
Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
For Administrative Reviews, the Appraisal Review Division serves
all of the New England States. |
