Our Staff
Our professional staff consists of certified
general and licensed real estate appraisers supported by research and
administrative personnel trained to assure the efficient completion of
all assignments. The staff has extensive experience in real estate
appraising, real estate appraisal review, counseling, real estate
management, data research, market analysis, and other aspects of real
estate problem solving. John A. Shuka, MAI, SRA, MRA is the principal of
the company. As a member of the Appraisal Institute, he has been
appraising commercial, industrial and residential properties since 1981. |
